With online questionnaires and self-awareness tools Seafarers can look out for warning signs of mental stress and ensure that they get the help and support that they need to look after themselves and to support their crew mates. Questionnaires are fully anonymous and allow MHAAM to carry out trend analysis and liaise with industry on the key issues and support the various charities and organisations that collect and collate data themselves.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
