The Act introduced stricter safety rules and created new regulatory processes, including Gateway 2, a mandatory pre-construction checkpoint for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). Between 2023 and 2024, just 14% of Gateway 2 applications were approved. Poor documentation and unclear compliance evidence are causing long delays, expensive rework, and have stalled investment.

Using advanced AI, including Agentics-AI, analytics, and automation, Truelens scans documents and drawings against Building Safety Regulator (BSR) criteria and Golden Thread principles. Its Large Language Model, leveraging computer vision and OCR, ensures submissions are compliant before submission, aiming to cut the 44% rejection rate and save c.£24k per HRB. The platform's secure, intuitive interface, with AES-265 encryption and OWASP 2025 standards, supports batch processing, while other features allow users to address gaps and contribute specialist authoritative knowledge input to ensure robust submissions.

Currently focused on Part A (Structure) of the Building Regulations, Truelens is built for scale. Future versions will include fire safety, ventilation, drainage, accessibility, and energy modules, enabling comprehensive compliance support across all 17 parts of the regulations and their relevant standards.

Truelens is already in use by early adopters and has a growing waiting list of developers, consultants, and contractors. With a 7-day free trial and flexible pricing, it's accessible to both large firms and SMEs.

By helping teams get submissions right first time, truelens is reducing delays, cutting costs, and raising standards, making construction safer, more efficient, and more accountable. As the UK works to improve building safety and boost housing delivery, tools like truelens play a vital role in ensuring that regulation drives better outcomes, not more red tape.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
