Pangaea is being granted a taylor and purpose-designed workshop space on a long lease basis, as part of the Section 106 agreement for the Wickside mixed-use development scheme, following 24 months of close and detailed working with the developer back in 2016\.

Reflecting the area's status as an artistic hub, the recognition of the role played by artists in creating its cultural and economic significance and the continued reduction of service and studio space opportunities for artists in the area caused by regeneration, Pangaea was built into the S106 agreement to support artists, employment opportunities, skills training and community engagement with arts and culture.

The fund will support investment in necessary team growth at director-level to capitalise on this opportunity as we devise and deliver the commercial and development strategy required to launch this new home for sculpture in London.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
