One of the main challenges was coming to terms with using and emptying an ostomy bag both in private but also in a more public environment.

Keen to make this unhygienic and messy business a little easier Oliver sought help in developing an idea to improve the lives of ostomates the world over. With the support of the University of the West of England (UWE), Oliver and the team are working to make the process of waste removal simpler, more affordable to the NHS and better for the planet through the development of a simple but transformative device.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
