This system will allow precise location of the damage event, in addition to an indication of the severity of the damage. The technology that will be developed in the project will be capable of being incorporated into composite parts giving damage detection capability across a large area without adding appreciable weight, cost or complexity.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
