It has been estimated that the provision of full coverage on the network would be worth £1.1bn to the UK Economy. This Proof of Concept study proposes an entirely new technical approach to the provision of network coverage. One that promises an order of magnitude reduction in installation and support costs, transforming the prospects of finding a viable commercial funding model.
