The result being a new connected community for the 21st Century Local solutions will enable the Council to create a new vision of a future low carbon city. The vision integrates existing waste resources with local expertise in SMEs, with community action, to improve urban performance, not only from an economic perspective, but also from spatial, community and environmental viewpoints.
