* Millions more children the opportunity of health, well-being, and educational benefits from these classes.
* Grandparents with the benefits of increased physical and cognitive activity, reduced social isolation and enhance intergenerational bonds.
* The thousands of micro and small businesses in the children's activities sector, largely led by women, with business growth and increased stability.

This initiative takes a highly collaborative approach, mobilising the children's activities sector to create a new national framework.

The Grandparents Welcome National Framework includes:

* New guidelines, developed by experts, of grandparent-friendly considerations and practices for children's classes.
* For the first time in this sector, the latest technologies and techniques will be used to support local children's class providers to effectively and consistently implement the new guidelines enabling them to reach more grandparents and deliver highly accessible classes.
* Central resources, support and activity to encourage and amplify local efforts.

Grandparents Welcome is led by Sam Willoughby, founder of What's On 4 Kids. The initiative benefits from her extensive experience in the children's activities sector and her proven track record of driving innovation and collaboration.

The Grandparents Welcome initiative is a transformative project that fosters collaboration, leverages advanced technologies and promotes inclusivity. It aims to create a lasting positive impact on children, grandparents, and women-led businesses across the UK.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
