By combining advanced game engines and our high-fidelity 3D environments, we will create realistic simulations that replicate the intricate challenges of airport operations. These simulations cover essential tasks such as baggage and cargo handling and ramp safety procedures for the introduction of electrified and autonomous ground handling equipment.

**Game Engine and 3D Environments**

Using the state-of-the-art game engine Unity platform in our Auto-Sim product we have already developed detailed 3D environments that authentically mirror real-world airport settings. These virtual spaces incorporate dynamic weather, realistic lighting conditions, budlings and roadways, accurate aircraft models and accurate ground support equipment models which provide customers with an engaging experience. However real-time interaction using VR technology is not currently part of our product offering which we believe would be a considerable advantage to our product offering if it could be integrated.

**Simulations and Data Visualisations**

As a result of this project the interactive VR platform would allow customers to develop critical ground handling operations in a controlled, risk-free virtual airport environment. Instant feedback and performance assessments would help to improve the development of new working methods whilst continuously being able to view their effectiveness. Integrated data visualisation tools track and analyse performance metrics, enabling customers to identify skill gaps, optimise training programs, and enhance overall airport operational efficiency.

**Future Mobility**

The project anticipates the future of mobility by preparing ground crews for the increasing complexity of airport operations. Simulations include scenarios with innovative technologies such as electric ground vehicles, autonomous baggage systems, and green energy solutions, ensuring customers are equipped for the evolving demands of the industry. Furthermore, the portability of VR headsets supports decentralised and remote working, minimizing logistical challenges and reducing the environmental impact of traditional methods. This is vitally import for our company whose base is in the UK with the potential for airport customers around the world.

By addressing challenges like scalability, regulatory compliance, and affordability, our project offers a transformative simulation solution, using VR, building on our already successful aviation industry product, Auto-Sim.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
