The appliance uses a novel, oil free, 3 stage compressor designed by gasfill and patented in the UK, Europe and the USA. 
In order to achieve the low cost that the market demands for such appliances, a project involving finite element analysis is being carried out to achieve reductions in weight of components whilst ensuring that the stress bearing properties of such components are not compromised</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
