Our mission is to make proactive, data-driven healthcare accessible, engaging, and actionable , particularly for populations underserved by traditional occupational health services.

This 6-month project will focus on the development and validation of three key AI features critical to our platform's success:

1. **Symptom Triage Decision Tree**: An AI-driven module that helps users navigate early symptoms and provides tailored next-step guidance, improving confidence in self-care decisions and early access to appropriate support.
2. **Predictive Analytics Engine**: This component will analyse user data trends, such as lifestyle indicators and health self-assessments, to identify early warning signs of potential health risks. The system will support users in recognising patterns over time, enabling earlier lifestyle adjustments or interventions.
3. **Personalised Health Plan Recommender**: An adaptive system that generates bespoke health improvement plans based on each user's data, goals, and behavioural preferences. This feature aims to improve engagement with preventative health by delivering highly relevant, achievable recommendations.

The project will combine technical development with real-world validation, including user testing across diverse UK SME environments. We will assess usability, effectiveness, and engagement with our AI features to ensure they meet the needs of both employees and employers.

Our long-term goal is to empower UK businesses , particularly those in high-sickness industries such as transport, logistics, healthcare and manufacturing to proactively support their workforce's wellbeing using scalable, affordable technology. By reducing preventable illness and enabling earlier intervention, PremedGo seeks to contribute to lower absenteeism, improved productivity, and healthier communities.

This project will help us reach commercial readiness for the UK market by refining our AI tools based on real-world feedback, validating our user engagement strategy, and laying the foundation for regulatory compliance and further innovation.

The work will be led by PremedGo's core team with strategic support from Oxford University Innovation Start up. We are committed to ensuring our solution is inclusive, ethical, and aligned with NHS prevention priorities and broader public health goals.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
