We are investigating new methods of implementing an Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) which makes judicious use of Open Data. The IDSS is generic and can be employed in a wide range of applications e.g. stratified medicine applications where large volumes of data, often conflicting, need to be analysed before informative decisions can be made.
