Pedagogy research shows that fully interactive, immersive digital solutions increase knowledge retention and reduce learning time compared to traditional learning methods, which is why we are developing a scenario driven rail signalling and safety desktop simulator which will improve on current classroom based training for train drivers.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
