In a pioneering move for a start-up brand, _Naru Studios_ customers are offered the choice of renting products directly from the website, as well as buying outright. The company is now going one step further by creating _The Naru Studios Exchange and Archive Platform._

_The Naru Studios Exchange and Archive Platform_ is built on the principles of a circular business model, and an innovative solution to eliminate the 'throw away' mentality that the fashion industry is widely known for. The platform will be integrated into the _Naru Studios_ flagship website and offer the customer the chance to exchange their unwanted _Naru_ product back in return for a _Naru_ store credit voucher. The product will then be restored and resold at a lower price to new customers, giving the product a second life. The archive will also include used products from the _Naru Rental_ platform. I believe this cradle-to-cradle solution takes away the responsibility of the product-end-use from the consumer, and puts it back onto the company, which ultimately avoids un-wanted product ending up in landfill.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
