This project focuses on developing Launchpad AI to address two crucial aspects of creating technology: 1. **AI-driven Requirement Understanding:** The platform utilises AI to analyse and translate the vision of non-technical founders into actionable prototypes. 2. **Automated User-Centric Iteration:** It seamlessly integrates user feedback and market data to continuously update the software, ensuring it remains relevant, user-friendly and scales alongside the business. Currently, Beta Booster operates as an agency and the development process relies on manual methods, limiting scalability as well as hindering user feedback integration. Launchpad AI aims to **transform this process**, automating development and integrating user feedback, allowing us to **support 14,000 additional founders** compared to the current capacity. This will **fuel national innovation** by democratising access to technology and **delivering better products for users** while significantly **reducing time and costs** incurred by early-stage startups trying to generate traction through product-market success.
