These conditions include the climate and storage of farmed commodities, they can often be the perfect breading ground for fungal grown and therefore mycotoxin production, leading to a need for quick and reliable mycotoxin testing techniques (Milicevic, Skrinjar, &amp;amp; Baltic, 2010). 

With more and more food needed to support a growing world population, strict mycotoxin detection limits are needed, these are imposed by regulatory agencies to dramatically reduces the risk of mycotoxin exposure in the population. 

Detection of these mycotoxins are paramount for food biosecurity.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
