We're asking for funding to do this. Our plan is to develop a co-design process with the patient as an equal partner, and from this, develop a training program called a design bootcamp. This bootcamp will teach people who make and commission healthcare professional development how to codesign learning with patients.

Right now, patients' opinions often come last when learning is designed. We have experience working with patients to make learning materials, so we're ready to take the lead on this change. The bootcamp will give people important skills and help our company offer more than just our current services. We will have a product to market and sell, rather than being a purely service-based company.

With funding, we'll be able to make the bootcamp a reality and improve how we design healthcare professional development. We'll work with Innovate UK Business Growth to protect our ideas and figure out how to tell people about the bootcamp so it can grow.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
