The UK government has set ambitious net zero targets requiring natural sequestration, as well as pushing for green construction, improving nature recovery and biodiversity and improving access to recreational spaces. This has led to ambitious woodland creation targets being set from 2025 onwards. However, where should these woodland creation sites be placed which would satisfy the requirements and preferences of a broad range of stakeholders?

**Our Proposal**

We propose to develop a software solution which will aid us with answering the question of: &amp;quot;which sites should be selected for woodland creation which will best satisfy the requirements of a broad range of stakeholders?&amp;quot;

The tool will utilize a &amp;quot;human in the loop&amp;quot; Artificial Intelligence Solution to:

* Help stakeholder clarify what their particular requirements, preferences and constraints are.
* Automatically generate and sift through thousands of potential design options for a range of woodland creation sites
* Rank sites/designs based upon stakeholders requirements, preferences and constraints

The tool aims to help the U.K. reach it's woodland creation targets, provide added value to the U.K., the wider community and woodland creation investors/advisors as well as boost productivity within Space Clipper Industries.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
