own custom websites and forums) to promote their business is rapidly growing. However
opening up the ability for anyone to post comments, add photos, ask questions about products or post customer complaints (collectively known as User Generated Content) creates both substantial marketing opportunities and brand reputation threats.
The objective of this project, using a range of advanced technical approaches is to develop a solution that any Brand can easily and cost effectively deploy that provides 24-7 protection to malicious and inappropriate content, is highly accurate at classifying User Generated Content across its Social Media sites into valuable business categories and operates in near real-time.
This will be a unique breakthrough, offering Brands, for the first time, a comprehensive and
affordable 24-7 solution that will protect Brand reputation, dramatically reduce moderation
costs and provide quantifiable insight on user engagement.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
