Inclued AI gives content creators an objective way of measuring inclusivity within marketing content without the interference of their own unconscious biases. Our technology uses AI to highlight potential risks and recommend inclusive edits. With Inclued AI, companies can create campaigns representing their target audience's diversity to increase revenue and reach new markets. Our work empowers teams with data, insights and educational resources to implement inclusivity into the marketing process.

If a brand demonstrates inclusion and diversity in its marketing, 70% of millennials are more likely to choose it over another brand. On the other hand, stereotypical, racist or sexist portrayals of underrepresented groups within marketing content and campaigns can lead to brand rejection and significantly impact society, influencing how marginalised groups are treated.

Companies worldwide recognise that their marketing campaigns need to uphold their inclusion principles. Thus far, the focus has been on hiring diverse talent so marketing teams can benefit from new and creative ideas. However, research has found that unconscious bias is always present, even within a diverse team.

Joyann Boyce is the Founder and CEO of Inclued AI. With a marketing background and a Master's in Data Science, she has combined her expertise to drive change within the marketing industry. Her work helps brands to convert intent into action by establishing inclusivity in their marketing strategy. Joyann has a proven track record in creating solutions to improve the current state of diverse representation within marketing. Recognised by BBC in 2018 for her work in creating an inclusive stock photo database.
