With the latest in-built sensor, low energy and communication technologies it continuously checks your wellbeing, giving constant reassurance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – with no recharging needed. To allow global coverage we need to connect the band to our database via a smartphone. To enable this communication we need a developer to produce an app for us. Due to the communication technologies we have developed this is more complex than you would imagine, and there isn’t an ‘off the shelf’ solution we can use. We have identified a team of post-graduate students at City University of London who, with the leadership of a senior lecturer and business development manager, will be able to develop this app for us.
