It folds out to be a tall, free standing structure that can be used for 'body weight' exercises. When folded, it can be stored in a relatively small space, thus saving the end user taking up valuable space at home. It can be folded/un-folded very quickly and easily without the need for any tools or expertise. It will be constructed from aluminium extrusion, ensuring it is both lightweight and strong.
