Better2Earth Group Ltd (Lead; UK SME), in collaboration with Robert Gordon University, has proven the concept at bench-scale of a novel process that requires minimal energy and no toxic materials to recover critical cathode metals and wider materials from end-of-life EV lithium-ion batteries.

An 18-month collaborative project will improve process efficiencies, followed by a scalability and repeatability demonstration.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
