The industry is now moving from Silicon to SiC but GaN is inherently a better semiconductor material. Verde will address some of the issues associated with GaN including thermal performance, reliability and EMI.

Thermal performance will be enhanced through RAM's novel heterogeneous packaging techniques and the switching speed (1MHz PWM) through QPT's breakthrough qDrive technology.

Supported by Russel Industries' expertise in scaling and market development, Verde will enhance system efficiency while decreasing component size and weight.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
