Collecting audience participation feedback is usually done through various methods, including surveys, polls, and interactive Q&A sessions. In addition to being a criteria for grant funding, analysing this feedback helps understand an audience's preferences, needs, and experiences. By integrating feedback, organisations can enhance their content and services, making them more relevant and engaging.

However, obtaining audience participation feedback presents several challenges for cultural and heritage organisations. One of the most significant challenges is low response rates. Visitors may be reluctant to complete feedback forms or participate in surveys, particularly if these requests are time-consuming or perceived as intrusive. In addition, cultural and heritage organisations often struggle with engaging a diverse audience in feedback processes. Certain groups, such as young children, elderly individuals, or those with language barriers, may find it challenging to provide feedback through conventional methods. This can lead to a lack of inclusivity in the collected data, missing out on valuable perspectives from these segments.

Our solution provides an inclusive, accessible and interactive method of obtaining audience feedback.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
