Data from the hub can then be consumed in real time by web services like Krellian Cloud, which creates a digital twin of a building to model how it's being used and help identify potential optimisations.

This smart building technology can help facilities managers of commercial buildings meet their net zero targets whilst saving money, by optimising space utilisation and reducing energy consumption.

The proposed project will develop and implement a commercialisation plan to prepare the Krellian Hub hardware product, a key component of Krellian's net zero solution, for manufacturing readiness. This will include creating a commercial-grade version of Krellian's existing WebThings Gateway open source software, containerised and security hardened for commercial use cases.

The output of the project will be a snap package and custom operating system image which can be flashed onto the production Krellian Hub hardware and receive automatic over-the-air updates.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
