We will address this by aggregating demand and auctioning bulk orders to generate savings, and clustering orders to reduce delivery costs. This will be achieved by creating and linking ‘oil clubs’ at village level, and providing a technical platform including low cost heating oil monitors, prediction and routing algorithms, and auction software.
