One such middleware we have had to use multiple times is the connection between a popular Mail Client, that now also has a marketing mail builder similar to MailChimp - and one of the most popular WordPress Form builders on the market.

During our time on the Creative Growth Programme, we were encouraged to look inward to innovate through the use of our own IP. We realised that among others, this middleware was something that has the potential to generate revenue through the licensing of the work as a Plugin for other developers to use.

To do this, we would need to first wrap the development up in a proper plugin format to allow us to sell licenses for the tool, We would then also need the functionality built into the Layers website to be able to sell and distribute the licenses. Finally, a sales page for the plugin could be used as a template for future plugins too.

This project would introduce a new product to our business and create a new source of revenue in licensed plugins. It would also provide the groundwork for us to have a store of future plugins, and create a mindset shift in the team, to seek out these plugins that could be created from many projects we complete.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
