Veo's consumers are increasingly motivated to understand and minimise their footprint, and suppliers seek to differentiate their brand and attract customers by promoting their sustainability values, whilst meeting the rapidly evolving regulation and directives required of their sector.

This project will utilise AI and other methods to automate the generation of Lifecycle Assessments (LCA) for consumer products in the Fashion design &amp;amp; Textiles sector so that brands and designers in the sector can make informed decisions on design and production, whilst significantly boosting productivity via time and cost-savings and increased outputs.

As a circular 'closed-loop' LCA model this is not just 'cradle-to-gate', but 'cradle-to-cradle' which allows tracking at every step in a circular supply chain including end of life, repair, reuse and recycling.

Once deployed, the AI-LCA algorithm solution will be marketed to Fashion SMEs and other platforms, on an automated AI-LCA Data-as-a-Service model. This has the potential to hugely amplify the financial returns from the Project and provide an unprecedented capability to the Creative Fashion design &amp;amp; textiles sector, and support the transition to a more circular and sustainable Fashion industry.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
