Uniquely all have been created by/co-designed with people from under-represented demographics (women, gender minorities, LGBTQ+, Global Majority, those who are neurodivergent or from lower socio-economic backgrounds) within the UK music industry.

Our programmes have generated some revenue for CPWM and we plan to commercialise, scale, expand and market/on-sell these activities significantly to generate revenue and cement ourselves as the primary provider of these programmes within West Yorkshire and (for our LGBTQ+ programmes) internationally.

Training is delivered across all genres and includes:

* Artist Development (supporting musicians to manage successful integrated music release/marketing campaigns)
* Live Promoter training (supporting aspiring music promoters to design, book, ticket, market commercially viable live music events)
* Live &amp;amp; Recording Sound Engineer (developing those aspiring to be sound engineers at live music events - training extensible to theatre and non-music events - and recording studio engineers)
* LGBTQ+/Trans inclusion training (we are the sole provider of LGBTQ+/Trans Inclusion training/consultancy services within UK music; following publication of our groundbreaking LGBTQ+ Musicians Insights Report in February 2024, cementing ourselves as the

They have been delivered to large organisations and individuals - uniquely we always engage and stress the importance of training allies of these communities too.

Having accredited the courses, we will develop a Learning Management System and learn from partner organisations currently delivering training packages to enable us to integrate with our website and:

* commoditise basic training (using standardised basic packages as a hook for deeper, targeted training packages/blended learning)
* use smart webtools/automation to create slick tailored content
* offer training bundles/add-ons to increase sales/generate further revenue</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
