This unit will detect the presence of an existing oil tank sensor – there are many 3rd party systems already being sold – and automatically adapt to decode the RF protocol and re-transmit the tank status to a central server via home broadband. It will provide full telemetry services at a very low upgrade cost, and allow the UK’s 1M+ oil consumers to retain control of their choice of oil supplier.
