platform use by IP holders (and those seeking to acquire licenses in other IP holders'
trademarks, brands, patents and designs) to register their licencor and licensee requirements
and to complete license transactions between them online. Patent and trademark data is in the
public domain from registration sources but currently no online IP trading platform is
available. The project will focus on IP product licencors in the sports industry and prospective
