This project will be innovative through the development of dry wipe products with “microbe-attracting” functionality that can disinfect surfaces without the use of liquid chemicals. This will enable dry food manufacturers to manage spillages and interim clean downs more quickly and cost effectively and without the need to close down production lines. The products will be safe to store and use at key points within production areas where they are needed providing an effective cleaning solution without the need for technical equipment or skilled personnel.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
