Incidents may be local or national, including learning from the Grenfell Tower fire incident and the Manchester arena bombing.

Assurance Monitoring Software will achieve the need to record, store, retrieve and analyse all incident data to determine operational service practice and training at the local and national levels, as highlighted by the HMICFRS's (Governments ) mandate. Such detail of information and analysis will aid accountability when debriefs and operations are reviewed, guiding resources and training to be delivered in line with best practice. The data can then be periodically reviewed when required as a historical repository for all critical information. All incident data will be stored in line with data security and GDPR.

Ignis technology platform can be used as part of a wider strategy of environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) in an approach to evaluate the extent to which blue lights operate in regard to social goals and concerns. Environmentally this software measures many metrics of daily operation which can be easily used as steward such as water management, emergency preparedness etc.

Social factors of the blue lights include health and safety issues, working conditions and how the incident size may affect the local community.

Governance; the platform measures all governance procedures in line with Her Majesty's Inspectorate and other local and national policies deemed by the chief fire officers of being of concern.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
