In 2020, Carers UK estimated there are around 13.6 million unpaid carers in the UK, contributing an estimated £193 billion annually to the national economy. We are developing an innovative AI-driven Support Tool for Unpaid Carers specifically designed to support them.

The tool will provide immediate, reliable, and empathetic assistance to carers, additionally signposting them to support networks and carer resources. This will provide reassurance, valuable support and enhance well-being and effectiveness.

For those deploying the service, an analytics service will offer valuable insights into carers' needs and service gaps, informing customers with future service developments.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
