We are creating a digital platform to help people with ADHD manage their symptoms, enabling them to thrive and succeed in their everyday lives, be it at home, in work or education. The platform helps to manage symptoms and improve skills that can be challenging with ADHD, as well as providing examples of how to adapt their local environment and interactions to better meet their needs.

We will be working closely with people with ADHD employing the principles of co-design to ensure that their needs are being addressed. By applying people-centered design and systemic design principles we aim to ensure that people with ADHDs voices are heard and are at the centre of our innovations and that the full care pathway from pre-diagnosis to treatment is considered.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
