Our beverages have been well received at farmers markets and local food festivals. However, to grow our business and sell to larger retailers, we need to increase the product shelf life without preservatives and significant loss of nutritional content. Food technology experts will help us investigate whether innovative technologies such as high pressure processing (HPP) can solve our business challenge. The innovation voucher will help us:- take our healthy and sustainably produced beverage to retail markets that are not accessible to us unless we improve the product shelf-life;- potentially accelerate the delivery to market of HPP, a novel technology with a very limited presence in the British food manufacturing sector</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
