The technologies offer superior efficiency, power density, energy density, cost and durability than battery, hydraulic, flywheel and existing compressed air hybrid and energy storage systems. When combined with waste heat from power plants or vehicle engines, round trip storage efficiency can exceed 100%.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
