More recent applications include curing of commercial acrylic dental fillings, and fabrication of 3D objects.

Our technology offers the solution and is applicable without users having to change capital equipment with slot in solution with the propriety additives will be incorporated in 3D resins to acquire stress free 3D printing by diminishing stress, shrinkage, delamination, and geometric deformation in 3D printed parts a concept perceived almost impossible by researchers and application scientists. Our additive approach means it is almost universally compatible to most commercial 3D printing photo resins and utilised in most commercial printers, whilst providing superior product performance. Resulting in acquiring printed parts that transpire more flexibility and geometric complexity leading to improved availability and product performance.

Recent approaches to solving shrinkage problem, adopted by limited number of companies is utilising software's to account for the shrinkage by printing the part and then accounting for the shrinkage by re-printing the part until the system is calibrated. This approach partially eliminate shrinkage for small 3D printed parts but not stress and has been proven to be very wasteful process of the resins utilised and environmentally unsustainable. Furthermore, the problem of delamination, geometric deformation, stress, or mechanical failure of the final bulk materials (3D printed parts) persist as underlined by companies that have adopted the systems.

Our approach will revolutionise photocurable resin 3D printing by disrupting the market and allowing a leap from small to large part manufacturing as currently stress, shrinkage, delamination, and geometric deformation becomes a significant problem when moving towards large part manufacturing as discovered from our market validation studies with 130 potential customers through ICURe. 3D photocurable resin and printing market is a strong growing sector and where UK excels surpassing Asian and the European market and competing with the USA and German market. High level of innovation drives this sector, as does the fact that 3D printing falls into the realm of industry 4.0 which the UK government pushing towards to acquire innovative manufacturing.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
