Transferable skills are becoming vital, with communication skills critical to underpinning other important skills. Currently, there are no meaningful ways to measure and develop relational communication skills in the workplace, and therefore understanding the impact of workplace training is limited. We are proposing a novel approach to measurement and development of communication skills, using audio technology, music and experiential, game-based learning approaches.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
