Current interventions separately addressing mental and physical performance often fail, causing underperformance and heightened chronic ill-health. Prorizon counters this with an integrated biopsychosocial approach, simultaneously enhancing mental and physical health and performance in high-pressure creative industries.

This project, focussing on performing arts and sports, addresses shared challenges characterised by intense performance pressures and harnesses their technical readiness and data availability. Successful implementation will enhance productivity, resilience and well-being. This approach fosters economic growth and sets a precedent for innovation and sustainable development throughout the creative industries.

At Prorizon we know that to truly support an individual's health and well-being, we must consider the mind and the body together. Prorizon's innovation directly addresses the often-overlooked connection between mental and physical health in high-pressure environments. Our novel technology integrates seamlessly with wearables, applications and bio-sensors to monitor health and performance, providing tailored tips, guidance and programmes with expert content and support, empowering users to optimise health/performance.

This project will reveal the potential to revolutionise health management, offering solutions where traditional methods fall short. By focusing on the unique needs of individuals in performance-driven sectors, we're not just innovating, we're providing essential tools for enhanced well-being and performance. The impact of our work extends beyond the immediate beneficiaries, contributing to a broader societal understanding and approach to health care.

Prorizon advances traditional healthcare processes, offering dynamic insights for empowered personal health decisions. The insights from this project will be used to address significant healthcare gaps, particularly for those underserved by conventional health services. Our foundational work in sports and performing arts, reflecting broader societal dynamics, provides crucial insights for understanding the impact of digital, media and recreation on society. Serving as a valuable prototype for our technology's potential across various sectors.

Successful funding of this project enables a transformative approach to health management in performance-driven industries, contributing to societal well-being and aligning with the DCMS's vision of fostering innovation and cultural enrichment. Our presence in Birmingham, a hub of cultural diversity, enhances our ability to cater to diverse sector needs. Prorizon aims to redefine healthcare to health.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
