We will enable the sharing of private depots to start the formation of a shared private network in partnership with Suffolk and Oxfordshire County Councils.

The Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP) has indicated that current charging infrastructure is a barrier to electrification for 65% of fleets when it comes to depots and Local Authority sites.

But "More than half of van fleets would consider sharing on-site electric vehicle charging infrastructure with other operators" in research from the AFP. 62% would consider co-operative agreements with other fleets to allow mutual access to depot infrastructure and 58% their public facilities.

The Paua PINS projects seeks to demonstrate the role that a shared private infrastructure network can provide to support businesses as they electrify.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
