It designs and manufactures the instruments used to test the standards of new clothing. Whether this is for colour fastness, strength, abrasion or pilling. 90% of goods are exported to manufacturers around the world, mostly to Bangladesh, China, Turkey and India. James Heal is wanting to use a human centred design process to understand what the lab of the future will look like.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
