The experience is triggered by paper objects delivered in a parcel. It has been created as an answer to the challenges for theatre of attracting audiences in a cost of living crisis and a post pandemic world with mounting financial, attitudinal and physical barriers to attendance. _The Foundling_ expands theatre directly into people's homes, creating an intimate experience of an epic narrative.

The experience is personalised through AI so that the rendering of the story is unique to each audience member. With sustainability a large driver in this project, recycled and recyclable paper is used as the trigger objects, with the main content being delivered digitally.

This fund enables us to develop a stage 2 prototype which will provide us with a proof of concept that we can test and take to market. Our objectives are to design and prototype the technological elements, build a business case for theatre licensing, pitch new commercial partners, construct a new business model for commercial activity that supports the creative and develop the organisation ready for market.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
