The GaN laser devices will be co-packaged with passive waveguide structures to provide single frequency operation or other functionality such as wavelength referencing ands locking. The consortium consists of Kelvin Nanotechnology, TGQT, Alter, University of Glasgow and Fraunhofer-CAP.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
