Currently only 3% of only browsers purchase items, and as many as 87% of consumers abandon their online purchases due to a lack of information or the ability to asses the products suitability. This phase is the first in the project and it is hoped that through this market research, results will be concluded to use in the development of a more responsive interface that will enable the consumer to better assess the suitability of the product prior to purchase. Through the long term development of this technology it is hoped that the online marketing of products will become more proficient in representing the lifestyle of the viewing consumer - thus increasing the chance of purchase and strengthening the e-commerce industry.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
