The seaweed supply chain is fragile and often results in variable product quality. This project will develop an alternative biomanufacturing process for the production of seaweed compounds using microalgae. PhycoWorks will use its AI-driven synthetic biology platform to develop microalgae strains that produce a tailored form of the target compound, and evaluate pilot-scale cultivation of this strain in collaboration with the AIC.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
