It will enable SMEs of any size to be more effective in identifying and implementing solutions to the specific challenges they face as they emerge from the pandemic crisis. The platform guides businesses through a proven process which, in addition to helping inexperienced organisations navigate their innovation journey, provides hands-on training and experience, whilst constructing robust and validated innovation projects. To help organisations identify their innovation readiness an innovation audit has been created as part of INNOVATE.HOW. The detailed and benchmarked report generated helps identify elements of the innovation process which would benefit from improvement and identifies activities to undertake to achieve this. The scope of the project is expanded to develop a fully automated innovation audit report generation system and to conduct structured and detailed beta testing with target customers.
