Find Researchers Fast.

It is surprisingly difficult and time consuming to find relevant researchers based on their area of expertise. Existing search solutions return only the most senior researchers, or have a limited search function restricted to set concepts or exact matches. This means researchers often have poor awareness of others working on similar topics beyond their existing networks, with visibility even worse for those external to university institutions.

Researcher Searcher is a search engine that makes it easy to find researchers, across all disciplines and across all levels of seniority. Unlike other solutions, Researcher Searcher uses advanced natural language processing technology, which means users can enter any piece of text, ranging from a topic, method, or dataset, to return a list of matching researchers and their relevant outputs.

Researcher Searcher helps researchers save time by quickly finding potential collaborators and identifying relevant expertise and resources. Importantly, Researcher Searcher helps democratise opportunity by allowing researchers to be discovered based on what they've done, not who they know.

For universities, Researcher Searcher can help by increasing organisational efficiency, accelerating innovation, and breaking down disciplinary boundaries. In addition, external organisations can quickly find the right consultants, reviewers, and skills they need, leading to increased opportunities for impact and knowledge exchange.

Researcher Searcher is committed to having a positive social and environmental impact, by increasing organisational efficiency and reducing inequities in opportunity, to ensure the right people are working together on some of the world's most pressing global issues.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
