Built on the core belief that cross-sector collaboration is fundamental to achieving the many benefits sustainable mobility has to offer; Loud Mobility works to accelerate this system-change by delivering, innovating and enabling more collaborative and benefit focused efforts to take place.

Founder of Loud Mobility, Georgia Yexley, has a well respected career in sustainable mobility. Where she has long advocated for raising the standards of what inclusion looks like within the sector. This new venture was established with significant support across the sector and her extensive network, through recognition that there was not yet a UK based organisation focused on delivering this value, and her unique position of being well placed to establish it.

Aligned with this ethos of collaboration, this project aims to develop the business infrastructure, team, strategy and action plan, to ensure community engagement, consultation and empowerment are entrenched as a core business vertical in Loud Mobility.

This 12 month strategic development project is threefold:

To date Loud Mobility has operated as a Limited Company. This has enabled key projects to be delivered and has importantly contributed to positive cash flow in the boot-strapped business. However this structure may not be best suited to protecting community impact aims from the P&L or future shareholder interests. This initial period will be focused on establishing the right structure, team and strategy to ensure the mission is the critical success metric.

While engagement is ongoing, Q3 is about delivering key milestones. First fully onboarding senior leadership. Secondly, launching key campaigns. Alongside establishing a rich programme of events and engagement opportunities at the Loud Mobility HQ (in central London).

Fundamental to the success of this work, is showcasing the impact achieved through collaborative efforts to the sustainable mobility sector at large. The final quarter will see the three cornerstone projects scaled, reported and published about, and the key data captured, analysed and shared in a detailed end of year report. This report will showcase the results of the multiple cross-sector campaigns in widening participation and share best practice with the aim of inspiring greater engagement in the year ahead.</ns2:abstractText></ns2:project>
